How do I choose the right size?
Our Kigurumi are designed to be baggy and oversized. We offer standard adult sizes based primarily on height, with most styles accommodating heights from 5'0" to 6'0" comfortably.
What are the washing instructions?
To keep your Kigurumi soft and fluffy, we recommend washing it inside out on a cold, gentle cycle. Air drying is best, but you can tumble dry on the lowest heat setting if necessary.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 days.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Are your products made of high-quality materials?
Absolutely. We use premium polar fleece or coral fleece which is thick, durable, and much softer than the thin polyester versions found in typical costume shops.
