At Kigurumi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cozy purchase. If your onesie isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Kigurumi

  Place the unwashed and unworn item back into its original packaging, ensuring all character tags and buttons are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
